SWITZ Football School, a great
success since the opening in November, continues to grow with more
youngsters registering to participate in the training on a daily basis.
The football school helps them to improve their skills, to learn how
they can be better footballers, to make friends.
Located at Seeb’s Club old
football pitch in Seeb, the school’s youngsters from 5 to 16 years old
are enjoying from Saturday to Wednesday, from 4.30 to 7.30 in different
age groups, professional coaching and a football school atmosphere
conducted by Mr Nilton Fortes, Head Coach from Portugal assisted by his
two assistant coaches from Seeb Club.
Aiming to help to develop
the game of football and to create more bases for the future of the
sport in Oman, the Switz Football School technical team focuses on
developing technical, physical and tactical skills for all youngsters
from an early age. “We are very happy with the school development” says
Pedro Delfino, General Manager of Sports Pro, managing company of the
Switz Football School.
Mr Delfino added: “I would
like to thank our sponsor, “Switz”, our Media Patner, “Oman
Establishment for Press, Publication and Advertising” and Seeb Club. The
Switz Football School started on the 3rd of November and will be open
till the 31st August 2008, Saturday to Wednesday. Registrations are
still open.
